High-quality cast iron. Enamelled cream interior, red exterior. Lid with stainless steel knob. Permanent humidification of the food during cooking thanks to the specially designed lid, for clean and tasty cooking results. Perfect and uniform heat distribution right up to the edge. Oven safe up to 240°C. Packaged in cardboard, without polyethylene bag to protect the environment.
