The interior is coated with a Select non-stick coating that is PFAS-free and environmentally and health-friendly. This coating is scratch-resistant and supports low-fat or fat-free cooking. Integrated side handles facilitate handling, while the dish can be used in the oven up to 240 °C, and with the glass lid up to 180 °C. The 4.6 mm thick induction base allows for use on all types of stovetops. Additionally, the model is dishwasher safe.
