NikolaTesla Unplugged is controlled through fixed click-release knobs with analog touch and feel, providing quick and intuitive access to its features. All elements are incorporated into a bold-lined appearance, developed to intelligently separate the cooking zone from the control area. An elegant shock-resistant bulkhead protects the control area from contact with cookware and unwanted spills.

The bold style knobs give NikolaTesla Unplugged a professional, robust, and high-quality look. Their perfect grip texture covers an extremely stable internal structure, while the magnetic release of the outer cover makes cleaning and maintenance easy and precise. Smooth and easy cleaning operations of the hob are also guaranteed by the central glass flap, which conceals the extraction area, activating it only when necessary.

The powerful extraction system, positioned in the center of the hob, guarantees high fume capture levels, as it far exceeds their rising speed.

NikolaTesla Unplugged is equipped with three automatic cooking features: melting, which eliminates the need to stir delicate ingredients to prevent burning; warming, which maintains proper heat levels for slow cooking, such as sauces and creams, in addition to keeping dishes warm; and simmering, which prevents the overflowing of boiling water for more vivacious cooking.
