Instructions for use | Regular and early descaling is recommended. Please follow the instructions for use of your steamer or steam cooker for the descaling and rinsing process. Appliance WITH descaling programme - Pour 1 portion (500 ml) of durgol swiss steamer into the water tank. - If necessary, dilute with tap water - to the amount specified in the instructions for use of the steamer. Start the descaling programme. - For appliances without a fixed water connection, the descaling liquid is pumped back into the water tank after the programme has finished. This should not be used any further (caution: hot! Allow to cool before pouring away). - After descaling, rinse the tank with tap water. Then rinse the appliance with tap water according to the descaling programme. => Your steam cooker is now ready for the next use. Appliance WITHOUT descaling programme - Pour durgol swiss steamer into the water tank at the bottom of the appliance, covering the floor well. Use a sponge to spread the liquid over the limescale deposits around the water tank. Only ever use the special descaler durgol swiss steamer when cold. - Allow to take effect. - Remove the liquid with a sponge. - Clean well with tap water and rub dry. => Your appliance is now ready for the next use.
