Thanks to the glass-smooth, cut and scratch-resistant quartz enamel coating on the base, the cake can be cut directly in the tin. The springform ring made of sheet steel with a two-tone special non-stick coating in grey and black prevents food from burning and makes it easy to unmould the cake. The rectangular springform pan delivers the best baking results thanks to excellent heat conduction. It is leak-proof and temperature-resistant up to +230°C.
