The AKS 32R is a pressure transducer with a ratiometric output signal that converts the measured pressure into a linear output signal. The minimum value for the output signal corresponds to 10% of the supply voltage, while the maximum value is 90% of the supply voltage. With a supply voltage of 5V, this results in a linear output signal, i.e., 0.5 V at the minimum pressure of the pressure transducer and 4.5 V at the maximum pressure. The output signal complies with most regulations of the ADAP-KOOL® control system for refrigeration systems.

The highly developed sensor technology ensures high accuracy. There is selective temperature compensation for the ND and HD pressure transducers, which are optimally set for refrigeration applications. ND: –30 to +40°C (16 bar), HD: 0 to +80°C (max. 16 bar). The pressure transducer is compatible with all refrigerants, including ammonia. An integrated voltage stabilizer and effective moisture protection enable use in harsh environments.

The robust construction provides high protection against shock, vibration, and pressure stress. AKS 32R pressure transducers can be mounted directly on the system. They feature EMC approval according to the EU EMC Directive (CE marking), reverse polarity protection, a ratiometric output signal, an integrated reference vacuum, and UL approval.
