The filters are available in four different sizes. The smallest is perfect for a lively start to the day, while the largest is ideal when guests are expected. Tip: The water for the coffee should not be boiling; otherwise, the aromatic substances will evaporate. The ideal temperature is between 86 and 89 °C.
