Cooking in this model is not as fast as in other woks. We could already see this during the heating process: After a full 116 seconds (TØ), temperatures of 150 °C were finally reached at the bottom of the model. Unfortunately, the outer wall areas of the model also became very hot: we measured temperatures of 70.6 °C (tmax of the wok wall)...
