Barrier layer as optimum corrosion protection against aggressive cleaning agents, fruit acids and vinegar. Reinforcing layer with mineral particles ensures long-lasting abrasion resistance. Topcoat non-stick coating made from a unique Lotan special sealant reinforced with ceramic components. The handles and stems are ovenproof up to 240 °C.
