The non-stick properties are significantly enhanced by Lotan, reducing water consumption. Lotan is a special coating reinforced with ceramic components. A high-quality aluminum alloy with an especially thick base (9 mm) ensures optimal heat conduction and retention. Oven-safe (complete with handle) up to 240 °C.
After use, always wash with warm water and dish soap. Using suitable heat-resistant fats and oils prevents tar residues and other deposits, while also extending the non-stick properties.
