The stainless steel urethral dilator comes with two rods that slide into your urethra on a frame attached to the glans ring. Gently slide the ring just over the tip of your penis and use the two wing nuts to gently spread the sides of the urethra apart. The urethral dilator is excellent for CBT or for general urethral stretching.
