Hello What does adapter mean? If I have the Reitzstrom device, do I need anything else?

If the basic unit is available. (Article: 6931720) The Rodeo Robin can be used.

Why is it not mentioned that it does not work without the stimulation current device? Only the 2 loops are supplied, not even the adapter is included. Therefore a bad buy.
