Geisha Balls Mini consist of body-safe, soft, velvety silicone balls designed for pelvic floor muscle training.

The use is very simple. The set includes 4 balls, each with a different weight. The idea behind Kegel training is to start with the lightest weight and then progress to heavier weights.

The set also includes 2 silicone harnesses – a single and a double harness. These make it easier to attach and remove the balls.

The set allows for multiple training phases. Advanced users can then try to carry the balls without the supporting silicone harness.

This way, the set can last longer without the need to purchase an expanded set.
