Question about Philips Hue Bridge

I've recovered some lamps from my old home, and as I'm currently in student accommodation, wifi doesn't allow me to have lots of devices connected or connected via a Wlan port. I wanted to use bluetooth, but it seems that my model is too old and doesn't have the bluetooth that it should theoretically have. Is it possible to have a hue bridge that works without necessarily having a wifi terminal?

You can connect the Hue Bridge via Lan cable. Philips Hue requires online access with your own account. Once the bridge has been set up, you can also operate it without the Internet. However, no further firmware updates will be available.
