Is this product available with a longer cable to the first led? I would like to hide the power supply, but need a longer cable before the first led.

There are suitable connection cables in the Paulmann MaxLED series that allow you to position the power supply unit further away from the LED strip:

10 cm: Paulmann MaxLED Connector

1 m: Paulmann MaxLED Connector

5 m: Paulmann MaxLED Connector
