I now have the device at a different location. So I had to reconnect the internet to the mobile. Unfortunately, I am stuck in the app from the point of "Connection to cloud". What is the problem? Has anyone else had this?

It's been a while, but: I assume you have completely reset the device? Must be in the same WLAN as the mobile phone. If that doesn't work, then I don't know. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as smoothly as I would like
