Question about Pure Siesta DAB clock radio with Wireless Charge

I bought the device new. When I want to charge a device wirelessly, it does so for a few seconds and then stops charging again. This is the case with Airpods Pro as well as with a Huawei P30 pro. Charging works fine at other wireless charging stations. Is this only the case for me? Furthermore, the clock radio switches when the first and second preset buttons are pressed, but not when the third button is pressed. Is this also my problem?

My iPhone SE is also charged reliably and completely, but you have to position the iPhone relatively precisely. Once you have figured that out, it works very reliably. The 3rd button has already been explained.

Since a recent iOS update, charging my iPhone 12 via the radio alarm clock's wireless charger now works. But I have to position and align the iPhone quite precisely on the charger for it to work.

The third preset button says 3+. This means that a third station PLUS other stations can be stored on this button. Press the third reset button and then use the arrow button to scroll left or right to the desired stored station. To activate it, press the ok button (the long button)....

My iPhone is fully charged. So it seems to me that you have a defect.
