How long does the air last? Would like to use it as a guest bed without them lying on the floor in the morning. Who has experience?

If you don't want your guests to sleep over a second time, then this is certainly an option. Seriously, the Hangout is comfortable for a few hours, but you won't find a restful sleep in it. The air escapes slowly but steadily under load, after maybe 4 hours you can tighten the closure one more turn, then the bag is full again.
