How can the maximum brightness of an incandescent bulb (in watts) be assessed objectively? Is it correct that we are talking about approx. 240 watts? I am particularly interested in the measurement at the base, i.e. the distance where the light hits the table. The problem is that LED lamps are bright, but their light diminishes more quickly in the distance than, for example, an incandescent bulb.
