Hello, is this mattress reversible? Can we turn it every month? Because I see that its construction does not look the same on both sides...

Hello, our mattresses are not reversible; the grey part of your cover will be in the lower position and the white part in the upper position. Apart from a top/bottom position, there will be no head/feet direction. Have a nice day.
