Hello dear Galaxus I am thinking about ordering an Emma mattress, but I still have some questions. - Can you tell me what the actual delivery time is at the moment? I assume due to the Corona virus it may take a while. However, I am not willing to wait 1 month for the mattress. - Many complain about the return... can you assure me that this will be a little easier? Do you also have problems with the Corona virus?
Ordered the Emma mattress on 30.03.20 and received it yesterday 1.4.20.

According to our information, this mattress is shipped directly from an external warehouse. The responsible supplier also states that this mattress is currently expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days. A delay due to the current situation is possible, but has not been communicated by this supplier.
