Does anyone have any idea if this is a 15m LED set with everything needed or if it needs something else. I would also be interested to know what the difference is to the HUE apart from the smart stuff.

Everything is included and works very well with the remote control to adapt the colours. The difference with a Hue system is that it can't be controlled remotely using an app.
