Can the lamp work with google assistant? What light bulb is needed for this lamp and can I purchase the replacement light bulb from the supermarket or it need to be purchased from Xiaomi directly?

Answer to question 2 is in the specifications of the product:
Bulb: incl. fixed light bulb
So no replacement bulb, one just can replace the whole light. But with LED this should be only after a long time, typically few thousand of hours.

No Google Assistant
Light bulb is hidden by light cover and it is not visible. Sorry, can’t help in this respect. However, the lamp itself is super! I like it!!
