You can return the bulbs, the reason you gave that the information is wrong and misleading is correct.

However, the false information does not make the bulbs better or worse, because since March 2021, there are in principle no more bulbs that can have an energy efficiency class of A+. Since that date, there are no longer any classifications with +. And if you know this, you are not surprised when you see an F on the packaging. The F does not mean bad, but it is currently completely normal and acceptable.

Yes, I agree with the previous answer. LED lamps are ALL much more economical in comparison to the old incandescent bulbs. And since incandescent bulbs are no longer common on the market, you can reclassify the consumption scale for LED lamps. F would then be in the middle class and then ok, A+ would then be a broken LED lamp - because no consumption at all ;)
