According to the operating instructions, it must be mounted on the wall and should have a floor height of approx. 30 cm. Does anyone have experience with this? We thought it could - like the rest of the Hue Lily wiring - stand freely in the garden but I want to make sure and not put anyone at risk :) Thanks in advance

At the beginning, we had it in the garden, on the ground, and it was completely unproblematic. My brother is an electrician, so he doesn't see any problems. He only said that such products could break down over time due to the weather, or that martens could chew through the cables. In the meantime, we have put the product in one of these green garden boxes (cable distributor).

We had one of the transformers fried. We also had them on the ground. Now they are mounted on a garden fence (hidden) with cable ties from the ground. So there is probably already a reason for the hint. ;)
