The Wine Saver Concerto is a vacuum pump that removes air from an opened bottle and reseals it with a reusable rubber stopper. Simply insert the reusable stopper into the bottle and use the Wine Saver pump to suck out the air. A "click" sound from the pump indicates when the optimal vacuum level has been reached. The vacuum slows down the oxidation process, allowing you to enjoy your wine at a later time.
