The minimum width is 164 cm.
Can you place the baskets anywhere along the bars? and can additional baskets be ordered separately?
On the height yes, but the baskets are not adjustable in width.

The elements are straight at the top and bottom and cannot be angled. You would have to use a kind of adapter, which you fix to the roof slope. And then install the system.
This has also happened to me...unfortunately there is no replacement material...you then have to buy the whole set again...these holders where the crossbars come in are unfortunately not very stable and break easily...especially when you loosen them and want to move them....

the Wenko website states max. 20 kg per crossbar, max. 15 kg per basket
I had beautiful wooden stakes cut to size at Obi and placed them underneath. It works wonderfully and looks cool.

Unfortunately, we only have these dimensions available: Width 165-226 x height 239-300 x depth 38 cm.
The rod diameter is 32 mm. There is no specific one that the supplier can recommend.
