This Nedis LED orientation light turns on automatically and can be used as a night light or flashlight. When the holder is plugged into a power outlet, the light charges under normal power conditions. If the power supply is interrupted, either by removing the light from the holder or due to a power outage, a bright LED light will automatically illuminate. You can either activate the motion sensor of the orientation light or switch to continuous lighting. The light can also be used as a night light for nighttime trips to the bathroom. As a third option, it can be used as a flashlight, providing a more focused beam of light.
