Tested it. In a typical club that has a system with the appropriate sound pressure, apart from a rhythmic fart, not much of the music remains. So absolutely unusable for this purpose.

I'm very satisfied with the micro, but I haven't tested it in clubs yet. I would simply set up a boom box with bass in private - very loud - and then record at a distance of 30-50cm. I guess that the recording has to be processed with a compressor filter but overall it is very usable, e.g. for a video recording.
