With my Panasonic, I did not have the problem with the 240V power cable but with the telephone cable that was only included for Germany.
Here you have to order 1x Wirewin RJ11 cable / Art.: 9620992 and 1x adapter Art.: 5808933 additionally. Perhaps Digitec will be kind enough to supply these two parts free of charge with the new phone. Thank you Digitec.

The Euro plug is the two-pin plug that fits into the sockets here in Switzerland. The pins are a little closer together, but that works for us.
