Helpful answer

I think so. If you want A4 on A4. Otherwise the A4 document is printed in the size on A3 paper, if that's what you want. It only has one paper drawer. So you have to change the paper for each file. You can also adjust the file to the paper format in the printer settings. I hope that helped? That's all I know and can do.

Hello TheoKlee If you have an account with Digitec, you can record the repair and send the device back to Digitec. They will forward it to the repair centre. Depending on the error / problem, I recommend contacting the Brother support team first (https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/support). You have various options: Telephone, chat or contact form (after the auto-answer by the e-mail bot, simply write back again and attach any photos/documents). Greetings

Difference MFC-J5340 and MFC-J5345?

Dear Theo Klee On the Digitec homepage you can compare products. When I compare the models, Brother distinguishes between the two models MFC-J5345DW as the business model and the MFC-J5340DW as the home model. The business model has the option of borderless printing and the ability to process A3, A4, A5, A6, envelope and C5 paper formats. The home model A3, A4. Duplex printing seems to be built into the professional model only. I chose the MFC-J5345DW because of these differences. I think that these are the "decisive" attributes. The purchase price is not a factor. Finished and greetings Richard Leuenberger
