Which app do I need to register with? (Xiaomi Home?) - I am now registered and logged in, but pairing via Bluetooth never works. - Many thanks for your help.

I followed the instructions in the accompanying brochure and then in the app and it worked straight away.
Incidentally, the QR code for the app is also there.

Hello, I have had the product for about a year. It does not need an app . Mine probably works with battery 🤷‍♀️. I have never had to check and it works great
