hello. we felt the same way ;) we asked pampers about 2 months ago and they confirmed that the nr 6 really are different. however, 2 weeks ago we ordered another monthly pack and received a special edition, which we think are better. they seem to be a little bigger and more absorbent (and have a urine indicator like the other sizes).
