Do you also carry the Pampers Premium Protection 4+ in your range. I think the nappy is suitable from 9kg.

With Pampers Premium Protection there are no sizes in +, therefore no 4+. Size 4 is suitable for a weight of 8 - 16 kg, the next size is 5 and suitable for a weight of 11 - 23 kg.
