Yubikeys with firmware lower than 5.7 are affected by an unpatchable security vulnerability: https://www.yubico.com/support/security-advisories/ysa-2024-03/ This affects all keys produced before 21 May 2024. Is it guaranteed that version 5.7 will be delivered when I order keys?

As the manufacturer does not differentiate between GTINs, it is not guaranteed according to my research. It is possible that an older firmware is also delivered, as I cannot trace which ones were produced when and which were just delivered by one of the suppliers. Otherwise you would have a 30-day right of return. You can find more information about this here
