I have one from NOVOFLEX that is useful for me. NOVOFLEX Astat -Nex. It fits my obective exactly. It cost about 90€.

Sony does not offer any for this purpose. But there are some in the accessories trade, e.g. Novoflex Astat-NEX. The important thing is that the diameter is correct (which is supposed to be the case with the one mentioned, but I don't use it myself).

The 90mm can be held by hand without any problems, as this lens has "Lens-Based Optical Image Stabilization".
Below the limit range (less than 1/45s exposure time for static and 1/125s for people)
