No, only the D400 dongle

Yes, there are 4 models that come with the BT600/BT700 dongle:
Sync 20+ USB-A 216865-01 (Poly SKU)
Sync 20+ MS USB-A 216867-01
Sync 20+ USB-C 216869-01
Sync 20+ MS USB-C 216871-01

MS is for the Microsoft Teams version.
