Will this SSD fit in my Pavilion 24-r070nz? I would like to upgrade the existing 128GB SSD to 1TB!

Yes, that's no problem.
Unscrew your AllinOne and see if it is an m.2 memory or a 2.5" hard drive.
If you don't know what m.2 or 2.5" ssd is, google the terms and look at the pictures.
You can also google Pavilion 24-r070nz and search for videos and you will find a suitable video to take an AllinOne apart.

This SSD has a SATA interface but a different format (m.2).
According to the HP product description, this is what is inside:

128 GB TLC solid-state drive.
* Size: 128 GB
* Interface: SATA
* Type: TLC solid-state drive
* Width: 2.5 inch (6.35 cm)

So, for example, one of the 2.5" SATA SSDs from the "860 EVO" range from the current promotion:
