probably not it depends if they were bought before the LGA1700 socket. if not, Arctic says: We will provide the required mounting kit free of charge to customers who submit proof of purchase of a processor with an LGA1700 socket.

In my case (bought it in 01/2022) the LGA1700 mounting kit was included!
