Why is there a 10-year warranty for the RM850 but only 2 years for the RM850x? This is not only the case for the 850w model...

According to Corsair, Chinese capacitors are installed in the RM850 and Japanese capacitors in the RM850x. The Japanese capacitors are of higher quality, which allows Corsair to offer a longer warranty of 10 years.
