Why does the box light up blue and not work? If it lights up and sounds, it should have power, so why do I read in forums that there is a "dual cable" if the USB doesn't supply enough current? And why is the support so incredibly crap? And a hint to the creators of the specifications here the link to the manufacturer's page is not de but en ;)
