Question about Poly Voyager 8200 UC USB-A
Who has already had experience with the new flagship from Plantronics? How suitable are these headphones for everyday use? Has the noise cancelling been improved (spectrum range better covered, i.e. low to high tones eliminated)? Is the intelligibility of phone calls good for both parties? Wearing comfort? Range? Music quality? Workmanship? Handling? etc.
How is the headset used? The USB dongle supplied must be used together with the PC, the problems described could indicate use with the PC's own Bluetooth?
If the headset is used with a smartphone, this should not occur and has not been noticed in our tests.

We have 3 in use and are not satisfied. Constant faults and interruptions. Poor reception. The person opposite often does not understand us.
We complained to Plantronics and asked for support. We were immediately sent a new headset with the same faults. We then asked for support in the setting because we thought the fault was ours. It has now been several weeks and we have heard nothing more. Unfortunately...

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to test the headphones and have not received any corresponding feedback from other customers.
