Unfortunately not much help. I use CyberViewX and am satisfied with the results. Of course, one is somewhat limited with the possibilities. No experience with Silverfast.

Look at https://www.silverfast.com, at version 8 under "supported scanners". The Reflecta 7000 slide scanner is listed. I bought the software directly from LaserSoft Imaging in Germany via download. It is also advisable to buy a calibration target.
Before you start with the actual digitising, it is advisable to make a few test series. I have examined the following: File format, colour depth, resolution, IR dust removal, mechanical dust removal. Not everything is finalised yet, but a few decisions are clear.
