Which mainboard would fit best with these? Preferably a maximum of 350 ?

I personally think this motherboard is great: ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming (LGA 1200, Intel Z490, ATX)
Price-performance ratio is right and I have never had any problems with Asus.
