Which fuse do I need for the cable from the charge controller to the storage battery (12V LiFePo4 200Ah)? Would a 30A fuse be sufficient for a 1.5 metre long and 6 mm² double-insulated solar cable? Or would I need a 40A fuse? Thank you.

The charge controller for the storage battery (12V LiFePo4 200Ah) requires a fuse that does not exceed the maximum current flow of the charge controller. As the charge controller has a rated current of 20 A, a fuse with 20 A or 25 A would be sufficient. A 30 A fuse could also work, but offers a somewhat larger safety buffer. A 40 A fuse would be oversized, unless there are other components in the system that require a higher current flow.
