I bought the device and it came with a USB-C to USB-A :-)

On https://www.steinberg.net/audio-inte...
it states:
"The port is a USB Type-C connector but the UR22C includes a USB Type-C to USB-A adapter cable.", meaning:
"The port is a USB Type-C connector but the UR22C includes a USB Type-C to USB-A adapter cable."
