which cable do I need to transfer data from a hard disk to this SSD?

Hello Moniluck, I recommend you this: ICY BOX IB-AC703-U3 SATA/USB Adapter for 2.5" SSD/HDD
Put the new SSD in it and connect it to your computer (USB). Using the Samsung migration programme, you can clone all data (bootable!) from the old hard drive to the SSD - worked fine for me.
Then remove the old hard drive and install the SSD. You can then also use the IcyBox for your old SATA hard drive...
