Which BIOS version is the mainboard supplied with? Do I need to update the BIOS to be able to use the ryzen 7 9700x cpu on the motherboard?
That was quite new, 3.10...so it should boot with your 9700x.
I then updated it to 3.20.
But; it doesn't necessarily have to be shipped with the same bios....could also be older or newer, depending on how Galaxus has the stock available there.

I don't remember exactly, but it worked without any problems with the 9700x
