When will the Raspberry Pi 4 be available again? I've been trying to get my hands on one for a month now, but each time my order is cancelled by you the next day.

I don't think anyone will be able to answer this question for you...
RS Online states the end of January for the 8GB variant, Brack April... Whether these dates are reliable is unknown.

Other large distributors do not expect the 4GB version until 2023.

I would just register with the official resellers and get notified, or pre-order if possible.
