The new Nokia Streaming Box 8010 supports all common audio formats (including Dolby Atmos). There is currently no better box with Android 11, but there are cheaper ones with Android 10. Available towards the end of March or beginning of April.

I would not recommend this streaming box, it can neither Dolby Atmos Digital Sound nor Dolby Vision or HDR10+, only Dolby Digital Plus and HDR10 would be supported with the box. There are better products, e.g. the Nvidia Shield (although somewhat expensive) or the much cheaper Google ChromeCast with Google TV 4K, it can do Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10+ and of course Dolby Digital Plus.

Google Chromecast with Google TV 4K (Google Assistant)

An Apple TV 128 GB WiF + Ethernet would also be a good solution, but for Android, the Nvidia Shield would be the best solution and the Google ChromeCast with Google TV 4K would also be a very good solution.
